Optimize an underutilized and underperforming retention marketing platform that contained primarily cold email contacts.

RESULTS:

Jon partnered with True Shot to increase their email presence and transform email into their primary revenue channel. By implementing a series of automated flows and campaigns to generate consistent revenue (including segmented product flows created to re-engage specific ammo buyers), we were able to increase revenue from email marketing by 1,271%. In a year, email revenue rose from being 3% of True Shot’s total revenue to 52%.
